To make your experience at the MENA Film Festival as smooth as possible, we’ve gathered answers to some of the most common questions about tickets, passes, and accessing screenings through Eventive, our ticketing and streaming platform.

How do I buy tickets or passes for MENA?

MENA uses Eventive as its festival ticketing and streaming platform. When you click on a ticket or pass link on MENA’s website, an Eventive window will open where you can create an account and purchase your pass or tickets directly.

Where can I see all my tickets and passes?

To view all your passes, tickets, and reservations in one place, you can log in directly to MENA’s Eventive portal. Your Eventive account will automatically show your purchases and give you access to your schedule. https://menafilmfestival.eventive.org/welcome

I logged in but the ticket window closed. What should I do?

If you already have an Eventive account, logging in through the pop-up window may cause it to close automatically. If this happens, simply click on the ticket or pass button again to continue your purchase.

I bought a pass. How do I reserve tickets for screenings?

When you purchase a pass, you’ll need to reserve tickets for the screenings you’d like to attend through MENA’s festival platform on Eventive. You can view the full schedule here: https://menafilmfestival.eventive.org/schedule
Please note that Eventive’s integration on MENA’s website doesn’t recognize festival passes, so tickets must be reserved directly on Eventive in order to be free.

I bought a pass. Do I automatically get access to all the films?

Please note, your name is NOT automatically added to individual screenings.
You’ll need to reserve the screenings you'd like to attend through your account.

Does my pass give me access to Special Events, Workshops, Opening Ceremony and Afterparty?

Your pass covers only film screenings and does NOT include access to special events or workshops. These will need to be purchased separately.

Payments

When you log into your Eventive account through the MENA page, your last payment method will be accessible when you make a purchase. If you have any issues adding/changing your payment method on Eventive, please contact tickets@menafilmfestival.com for assistance.

Virtual Festival Access

The 2026 MENA Film Festival is available to stream virtually across North America. You can purchase the Online Streaming Pass and browse the full catalogue or purchase individual film and shorts bundle tickets on the Eventive Virtual Streaming page. ‍
NOTE: Some films in our in-person festival program are not available virtually. Make sure to check film availability before purchasing a ticket. Please see our full program details.

I have changed my mind about the ticket I purchased. Can I transfer my ticket to another film or person?

Please reach out to us at least 3 business days before the event, and we can transfer your ticket to another film or person without any charges. Alternatively, we can issue a refund for your order.
Note: The Eventive fee is NOT refundable, so transferring to another film/person might be the better option if you want to avoid losing that fee.
Please reach out to tickets@menafilmfestival.com with your full name, email address, the name of the film you'd like to change, the name of the film you'd like to transfer it to, OR the full name and email address of the person you'd like to transfer your ticket to.

Refund Policy

We can typically offer a refund. Please reach out to us at least 3 business days before the event, and we will issue a refund to the original method of payment.
Note: The Eventive fee is NOT refundable.
