MENA Film Festival is a non-for-profit, which means all revenue and funding go back to support our staff and programming, ensuring we bring you the vibrant MENA/SWANA programming, events and critical reflections on the region and its diaspora.

Your donation helps support us in the following critical ways:

• Paying competitive artists and filmmakers fees. Since 2019, we have offered over 350 MENA/SWANA contributors sustainable screening and artist fees. 
• Supporting independent venues and arts spaces throughout greater Vancouver through events rentals.
• Offering MENA staff and contractors sustainable living wages.
• Funding the annual MENA Canada Filmmaking Grant to give early-career MENA/SWANA filmmakers the resources to make a short work to be screened at MENA.
