Valentin Noujaïm

Born in France to Lebanese and Egyptian parents, the work of artist and filmmaker Valentin Noujaïm focuses on improvised lives, compressed lives, and extinct lives, reflecting the complexities of power and dominance within French society. His shorts have screened at festivals including Visions du Réel, CPH:DOX, BFI London FF, BlackStar, Dokufest, DocLisboa, and Villa Medici FF.
