Tony El Ghazal is a Lebanese writer and director based in Qatar. He has directed several narrative fiction films and documentaries, which have played at film festivals around the world. His films centre around themes of memory, family, and identity, told from an Arab point of view with a universal appeal. Tony graduated from Northwestern University, where he was awarded two grants to produce his short films, BAYT EL OMOR (2021) and IBN EL BALLAD (2022). Now he works at Saatchi & Saatchi, where he conceptualises and directs films for some of the biggest companies in Qatar.
