Omar Abogabal

Omar (he/him), is a Berlin-based Egyptian filmmaker and photographer whose work navigates the intersections of identity, technology, and contemporary digital culture. Trained as an Architectural Engineer at the American University in Cairo, Omar's curiosity for storytelling led him to explore the art of film and moving images, shaping a distinctive voice that resonates through his multidisciplinary projects. His work, which spans experimental, narrative, and documentary genres, has been screened at numerous events worldwide.
